Intermediary Business of China's commercial banks despite rapid development, but large commercial banks in developed countries is still seriously lagging behind compared to the middle of a modern commercial banking business as one of the three operations, with high-yielding, low-risk and income stability characteristics in commercial banks business strategy occupies an important position, its innovation and development has become an important means of competition in commercial banks.
In this paper, intermediary business of commercial banks to do an overview of the theory, and analysis of commercial banks to intermediate business I had to carry out the status quo, in the analysis found that among China's commercial banks operating mainly in what issues: a clear understanding of intermediary business, service structure, a single, service technology continued to show backward, small-scale operations, intermediate business management mechanism is not perfect, intermediate business of marketing to the inadequate attention given to six issues. This qualitative analysis of the impact of commercial banks in the middle of business development factors at the macro and micro factors, and on this basis, the impact on the business development of commercial banks in the middle of a quantitative analysis of the factors, mainly from the macro level, GDP growth, business climate index, asset-liability ratio, etc. three aspects of analysis of their impact on bank non-interest income; micro-level, mainly from the total assets, cash asset ratio, capital adequacy ratio of three to analyze the impact of its composting interest income. Finally, based on the empirical analysis of commercial banks, policy proposals for the development of intermediary business, policy recommendations, mainly from the angle of the macro-and micro-two at the macro side believes that we should vigorously develop the national economy, improve relevant laws and regulations, improve financial market mechanism, against the systemic risk to strengthen macro control and so on; in the micro level that is necessary to establish and perfect the management mechanism of the middle of business development, innovation intermediary business, the implementation strategy of product differentiation will be the middle of financing business operations as the bank's long-term task to improve the traditional among the business service quality, and pay attention to strengthening the middle of the business risk management.
